Title: 68's SPRING FLING

Description:   It’s time to shake off those winter blues and join 68’s for a fun and challenging 6-week program designed to help you get fit and stay motivated just in time for summer! Participants will receive a Body Composition, which will serve as a starting point reference for the program. During the 6 week contest, participants will receive weekly nutrition tips as well as a new 30-minute full body workout challenge. Contest Runs April 10 to May 19
